Second bad box
The last two shipments I have received were awful, shampoo leaked all over everything, box was destroyed when I received it. Products were covered in sticky shampoo.
I paid $388 dollars for my renewal and subscriptions and have never been more disappointed with a purchase, I feel like I wasted my hard earned money.
I have been a member for quite a few years now and remember how awesome the boxes were and how excited I was to receive them, they took pride in packaging everything so it was fun opening them. I am seriously thinking about not renewing my membership next year!

I renewed based on offer of $300 merch plus selection for winter box. The selections were picked over and not interested in whats left.
Called customer care 11/30 and told Id receive a link to additional items to select from for winter box but link didnt work.
My email regarding same has gone unanswered. Im dissatisfied and disappointed- probably shouldnt have decided to come back after canceling - please refund me and cancel the renewal

I have called and called and e-mailed and text and have had no reply on my damaged product I paid good money and always always look forward to my box every season. But I'm very disappointed that no one reached out to me about a replacement product!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. FabFitFun gave me a full refund, but since the company is in USD and I live in Canada my loss was $25 due to the exchange rate.
I had just signed up for a subscription with FabFitFun and had ordered my first box. They have what they call flash sales within where you can find some name brand goods for cheap.
I was looking through and putting things I liked in my cart - mind you, I was not about to purchase. Next thing I know, I got a notification from my CC saying I was billed over $470CAD. Apparently, anything you put in your cart during these flash sales events gets automatically billed.
Being new, I clearly didn't know this. And since they already have your card on file well...

Loved it, them hated it
I was a subscriber for 3 years, the first few boxes were great, then the quality went downhill, the availability of the products went down hill and the customer service went down hill. I hated it the last year of my sub.
I kept 2-3 things from each box and the rest went to Goodwill as I couldnt even sell them for cheap.
Dont get fooled. Its mostly crap now

I have bought a subscription for my mom; however, I want to cancel that subscription. When I went into my account I accidentally deleted the subscription that my dad had purchased for me.
How do I cancel the other subscription?
I want to do it before the first fall season comes out. I dont want to have to pay for the package.

Great product but the chat bot is useless and they apparently use an overseas call center which I didnt like. The rep was fine but farming work out overseas to get cheap labor is not ok.
Charged twice
I canceled my membership about a week ago and all of a sudden I receive notice that my order was placed, I immediately tried to get ahold of you but NO ONE has yet to return my call not only but the so called order I placed I received already in May and requested a return label for I was Less then impressed with shampoo or rinse

Billing issue
Believeme if I could have done something about this issue, I would have myself. Things come up in life and you have to wait on items you want, this is one of them.
You never know, finally got someone to help me with this issue.
She took care of it. But it wasn't that fast..

Items currently being sent are kind of ridiculous . And I am unhappy.
My son has given me a subscription for nearly two years. I have looked forward to receiving them as until recently, the "surprises" have been of good quality.
The last 2 have been really ridiculous.
4 tiny items of some weird face creme, 2 "bags" to put laundry in etc.
The "gifts" look nothing like what you have been advertising. I don't now what is happening, but someone is not "minding the store."
Please check what was supposed to be sent.
