No one has called me or emailed me to resolve my broken dish. This is the second time Ive reached out for two different things: a missing beanie from my Winter box, and this broken ceramic dish.
User's recommendation: Lower your expectations of good customer service.
Poor service
Took forever to reach someone. I sent chats and emails with no response. I finally decided to call and the experience was not good.
FFF has gone down hill.
Billing rrror
My understanding was you needed to know all that I was interested in, so I checked it thinking these things would be in the other boxes. Free box?
Was charged was my understanding.
I really am interested in these products but can't afford 600.00. For each season box, do I need to reselect my products?

I had to call the company directly to get a resolution. I spent an hour and a half on the phone to get a box replaced that I had paid for a year ago in 2024.
By the time I got a hold of customer service, my product choices that I picked were gone,, and I had to settle for what they had left in stock.I finally received my replacement box.
Buyer beware-if your cancel your subscription it states your boxes will continue until your prepaid's expire. You Must wait until your last box is shipped in your subscription or your card data is deleted, and your final prepaid box does not ship!

The agent was able to assist me and was friendly and really listened. Although I ended up cancelling because the Swell Salad Bowl Kit was the only reason I signed up for the annual membership and it is not available for one of my selections, which is really disappointing.
FFF is using the Pink Bowl Kit as a teaser to lure customers in on social media ads and then it's not available when you sign up. This is one reason I have cancelled both now and in the past.
- Occasionally get a really cool item i want
- Many items are cheap from china but best items are limited quantity so not everyone who signs up has the option to get one

My finances just did not allow the $308 charge this month.
I joined in January last year and assumed I would be charged again in January. I will revisit my options again in 2026z

Ive been waiting weeks for this package to be delivered currently its been sitting in New Jersey since October 31. When I reached out the last time they said, give it five business days if I give yall five business days, how many more days is that gonna mean that I have to wait to receive the package that I shouldve received two weeks ago?

I didn’t think I had a card on file, and when I was picking up the box for my subscription that was still going, I didn’t know it expired. So, I don’t want to go through with the next year’s subscription, and I don’t want the Xbox.

I forgot to add my 200box. The representative took care of it very promptly.
She was very professional and friendly.
I would not hesitate to request help again. I will and have already recommended fabfitand fun to anyone and everyone who is interested. I have been a customer for years.
I almost canceled my membership and changed my mind. I just love my boxes so much!
