Didn’t want to renew my subscription
I enjoyed my products but did not want to renew for another year. Also I think almost $300 is too expensive.

I received my spring box, and on top of every item's box being damaged and opened, I am missing items I was guaranteed to receive. For one of the missing categorical items, I got a 1-ounce travel-sized Dove deodorant spray from the Dollar Tree.

I'd like to cancel the subscription that I made years ago. I no longer have access to the old email address that I used to open the subscription.
Therefore, I would like to cancel the subscription because I am no longer interested in funfitfab. The email address in question for the subscription is pamelapoucachiche@***.com. I tried many times to block payments from your company from passing in my bank account, but I have not been successful.
I would like to totally discontinue this subscription as of now. Thank you.
Not interested in beauty items and most home items are reruns.
I am very tired of seeing the same products over, and over again. I don't have long hair and I live in Florida and don't use make up very much.
I have bought just about all the housewares and don't need any more. It has become a waste of my money.

This company is a scam. They do not deliver a single thing they promise.
They won't allow returns even though it's not what you were promised. Prepare to pay a lot of money for garbage!
Spent 240.00 on crap giving to goodwill. If you've already been scammed please report to BBB and FTC to get them out of business

Verified ReviewerThis company is a scam. I cancelled last year and they billed me again
I had this membership for a while and I cancelled it last year in 2023. Then on July 28, 2023, they billed my PayPal and renewed my membership.
I informed them that I had cancelled. They insisted I had to email. I argued that I had cancelled through their system, and texted, then emailed them. They refused to refund me but never sent any further emails except the one notifying me that they were dispatching a box at that time.
Their membership includes several shipments per year for each season, but I never received any further contact from them. They kept my money and did not provide anything, but I didn't want anything. Now, on 8/13/24, they billed me again for $231.65 and claimed I was still active in the system. I was not active.
They reactivated me, billed my PayPal, sent an email notifying that they would be dispatching a box. I provided a copy of the email I had previously sent. They are refusing to refund me AGAIN. I went to the Better Business Bureau and it appears they do this to others as well.
This is a pattern of fraud and deceit. I have followed every method of cancellation they offer and they refuse to refund my money.

Customizing a new annual
I asked if I renewed an expired account if I would have to customize on the spot or could customize with the seasonal people. I was told customization would open in the seasonal window.

Bought an annual subscription and then received two seasonal boxes that had low value/quality items. Kindly requested a refund of the remaining half of the subscription, but received a refund for significantly less than half of what I originally paid. Shady business practices and not worth the money!

Preferred solution: Change your refund policy - if a person is being refunded for 50% of a subscription, they should receive 50% of the money back. Anything less is shady and bad business.

I think they satisfied me as long as credit is there in August when I begin customizing my fall box. My flower pot was broken upon arrival of my FabFitBox.

Just want a response and a refund
I need to cancel my subscription immediately. I was charged for it the other day and I'm requesting a refund of the $255.21.
I just can't afford it right now; money is very tight. I need that money for bills.
I've been a customer for a long time and I will subscribe again at a later date when I can afford it. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get the refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent the correct items as promised
I have had a lot of issues with every aspect of this company over the last 4 years or so but I will continue to use them as I can't find the items I want for less so .. I'll just report my problems and suck it up.
****After inquiring through here they confirmed that I would recieve the correct items, I just have to wait and see. Also don't worry if you are torn between items when customizing your seasonal box. As soon as all orders go through take a look at new bundles that arrive in the flash sale attached to these choices for a few days. The items will be in the flash sale. I saw three things I wanted in one bundle and 3 in another bundle. What I'm getting at is dont worry if you dont get something as it will show up and almost always be available again, in my experience of course.
As far as this company goes be careful when ordering on sales and purchasing a lot of items. I ordered over $1300 worth of product and it was all thrown into one box. Box was crap and they throw it all in one unless it is drop ship which arrive seperately. In the box I have had a bath scrub leak and go onto the packaging of other items. The Dermalacatives products are boxed in nice firm white boxes. Some were obviously stained with liquid on the exterior packaging. The conclusion... Order in small ammounts if possible to reduce damage.
On another large order I got the maji workout bundles which were like 45 bucks. Absolute crap so I let them know and would have been happy to return but they were drop ship and they dont offer returns anyway so I guess ebay it is. Hopefully I can get the money back that way. They did however manage to send me a box, which was obviously better than nothing I thought..I was wrong, of course. Massage tools from 5 Below, Small hand massagers with broken boxes and some goody headbands with zippers. Talk about *** me off more.
Another instance my box was damaged and something poked through the top and damaged a grown alchemist kit and some cosmedix tubes. I sent in photos and was refunded like 20 something dollars. Also was told that they don't take returns and that the product is not damaged and is useable. Only the packaging of the items was ruined,not what is inside, apparently the packaging is not a part of the item if damaged?? Interesting. I can not gift or sell any items with damaged exterior and packaging and I sure dont like purchasing them.
Customer service is there but they switch agents on you all the time and you will get lost in emails and messages from multiple people all asking the same information. Good Luck SMH. Took me a month to get these issues dealt with.
Besides these risks they do have a wide array of products at low prices.
User's recommendation: Order in smaller ammounts if possible, if gifting or reselling beware of packaging issues, remember what d***s they are about returns and that they dont consider damaged pakaging as a damaged item, set alarms or whatever works to remind you to purchase or empty your cart on flash/edit sales, make sure to keep all your records and take video or photos of everything as well as emails
