Scam, fraud, bait and switch. I paid for a seasonal spring box in January 2026 having seen details of the items available.
I chose my items within 5 minutes of customization opening. I was billed again for the box on the 12 February, despite already having paid. FabFitFun state that it can take up to 30 days to ship orders. I waited over 30 days, noticed that my order stated preparing to ship, but contacted customer services to query the delay.
I was told on several occasions that my order was being processed and reassured that I would receive it. This was a lie. I have now been told that only one out of 14 items is now available, and that I have to choose from a range of cheaper items that are completely different from those I originally had a choice of. This is classic bait and switch.
I have been repeatedly lied to and deceived. I have spent over $216 and received nothing.

I'm guessing my items were all scattered and stolen/thrown away.
I've put in two requests through the website but haven't heard anything back at all. Then I found this number which rang through to options, and once I selected to stay on the line, it went silent for 15 minutes before I hung up.

I ordered this box on accident while ordering something else and I am needing to cancel. I have returned about 20 boxes back and I kept getting charged for this membership.

I have loved everything Ive ever gotten in my boxes even before you could customize! The size and quality of the products you get are amazing! The range to I mean Im getting sun glasses, a water bottle, $120 jar of toning cream, a bar set, sunless tanning drops, a throw pillow and more in one box!

I have been a customer with Fabfitfun for over 3 1/2 years the last year every single subscription box I received is missing items. They have taken well over $500 from me.
They are a scam. They do not mail their products out themselves and have no control over
What customers are receiving all they do is take your money and lose your box in the mail
