Credit to my account was an insult and shame on them!!

I didn't receive a product in my box. When I finally was able to reach somebody, which took forever and a day, they gave me a credit to my account for a measly $13, with a $7 credit for shipping and handling to purchase something else, which is absolute BS!
I ordered the Hum pills in my summer box, and they did not put it in my box. So when I went in to try and speak with someone, they told me that they no longer had the product and that they would give me a credit on my account as well as a credit for shipping and handling fees. When I went in a few days later to look into possibly purchasing something else, I found that they only credited my account a total of $20???!!! I was absolutely dumbfounded at such a small amount, especially since when they showed the price of these products when we originally customized our boxes, the price was something around $68!
So how does less than $20 seem fair??? They should be ashamed of themselves. Not only because they lie and say when you are picking your products that that particular item was worth a certain price, but changes according to their needs! This is disgusting, and honestly, shame on them.
And then they refuse to get back in touch with me! This is just another reason why I am going to cancel my annual membership because they have gone so far downhill that they aren't even worth $10 a year, let alone the $220+. That they've gone up to. So if you're planning on becoming a member, I highly suggest you put your money somewhere else that is actually worth it because FabFitFun is not only not worth the price they charge, they're not worth the energy and aggravation it takes to try and choose the items when the time comes!
It seems they never have enough of the products as they constantly run out of anything worth having within the first few minutes of opening customizations! So I highly recommend you rethink buying anything from this scam of a company they've become!

My box has not been delivered - it should have been here a week ago. It hasn't moved in tracking in 4 days.
USPS agrees and has opened an investigation ticket for it.
Multiple calls, texts, and emails, and no one can get me a replacement box, refund, or a manager to speak with. I am canceling my subscription and spreading the word for everyone to stay away from this company at all costs, and it will cost in time, money, and headaches.

Scam, fraud, bait and switch. I paid for a seasonal spring box in January 2026 having seen details of the items available.
I chose my items within 5 minutes of customization opening. I was billed again for the box on the 12 February, despite already having paid. FabFitFun state that it can take up to 30 days to ship orders. I waited over 30 days, noticed that my order stated preparing to ship, but contacted customer services to query the delay.
I was told on several occasions that my order was being processed and reassured that I would receive it. This was a lie. I have now been told that only one out of 14 items is now available, and that I have to choose from a range of cheaper items that are completely different from those I originally had a choice of. This is classic bait and switch.
I have been repeatedly lied to and deceived. I have spent over $216 and received nothing.

I'm guessing my items were all scattered and stolen/thrown away.
I've put in two requests through the website but haven't heard anything back at all. Then I found this number which rang through to options, and once I selected to stay on the line, it went silent for 15 minutes before I hung up.

Wanting to cancel membership
I ordered this box on accident while ordering something else and I am needing to cancel. I have returned about 20 boxes back and I kept getting charged for this membership.
