Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Do not use any company that uses SpeedX as their shipping service.
Horrible. Slow delivery, terrible customer service, delivery to the wrong address when they finally delivered and said I was lying when I said it wasn’t delivered to my house.
They sent a picture of the house they delivered it to and it was not mine. I sent them a picture of the front of my house to prove it was wrong and they maintained I lived in the house they delivered to.
Item lost. Did not have a replacement.
Refunded the cost but I lost the 75%of coupon I used to buy the item as well. Cancelled my subscription for this and other reasons.

I have loved everything Ive ever gotten in my boxes even before you could customize! The size and quality of the products you get are amazing! The range to I mean Im getting sun glasses, a water bottle, $120 jar of toning cream, a bar set, sunless tanning drops, a throw pillow and more in one box!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They agreed I had canceled it and 5 days later reversed the charges. Contacted bank first and then emailed the customer it is hard to find contact information.

The box came with nothing of excitement as usual its the holidays even if I didnt choose it looks like they just threw anything in the box , no scarf blanket or something that felt like the holidays even, disappointed!!!

I am now on a mission to get a resolution for a carrier not following delivery instructions and leaving my package at risk for being stolen - which it was. I want my box and my 9 add ons that I paid for.
This is Ludacris to have to spend this much time chasing down someone to help me. I am so upset.

Question about membership I’ve been charged for my fabfitfun box yrly membership but wasn’t given an opportunity to chose items for box

I signed up for your fab fit fun boxes. I have been charged on my local bank account, but I was not given an option to pick my items, and I'm trying to reach someone to find out how I need to proceed.

Website won’t take payment card
On the phone with Customer service and they just talk in circles. I didn't receive my first box and they stated they would extend my subscription. they won't!!
