My finances just did not allow the $308 charge this month.

I joined in January last year and assumed I would be charged again in January. I will revisit my options again in 2026z

Ive been waiting weeks for this package to be delivered currently its been sitting in New Jersey since October 31. When I reached out the last time they said, give it five business days if I give yall five business days, how many more days is that gonna mean that I have to wait to receive the package that I shouldve received two weeks ago?

I forgot to add my 200box. The representative took care of it very promptly.

She was very professional and friendly.

I would not hesitate to request help again. I will and have already recommended fabfitand fun to anyone and everyone who is interested. I have been a customer for years.

I almost canceled my membership and changed my mind. I just love my boxes so much!

Charged card

I didn’t think I had a card on file, and when I was picking up the box for my subscription that was still going, I didn’t know it expired. So, I don’t want to go through with the next year’s subscription, and I don’t want the Xbox.

Missing packages

My packages were misdelivered. The first box was stolen, and the second was left in the rain, and the box was destroyed.

I'm guessing my items were all scattered and stolen/thrown away.

I've put in two requests through the website but haven't heard anything back at all. Then I found this number which rang through to options, and once I selected to stay on the line, it went silent for 15 minutes before I hung up.

Not yet resolved! On the phone with CSR, 10 more emails received.

According to CSR, other people are complaining of the same thing. There should be some compensation for this inconvenience!

Started my subscription before I was ready to check out

I was clicking between two screens while trying to reactivate my subscription from five years ago. I clicked off one screen after updating my credit card information and tried to go to the other to find the BOGO code.

When I went back to the screen where I was filling out my info, it had already submitted my application without me submitting. I would like to receive the BOGO box.

I would really like to customize the box as well, if at all possible. If not, I still would like the BOGO.
