Great products, great price I mean you just can’t beat Fab Fit Fun!
- Loved every box, even before customization.
- Great size and quality; items include sunglasses, water bottle, toning cream, bar set, tanning drops.
I have loved everything Ive ever gotten in my boxes even before you could customize! The size and quality of the products you get are amazing! The range to I mean Im getting sun glasses, a water bottle, $120 jar of toning cream, a bar set, sunless tanning drops, a throw pillow and more in one box!

Unresolved issue
I have called multiple times and have been waiting for a manager to contact me back to resolve my issue, and no one has for a couple of weeks.

FabFitFun is a scam
- Every box last year had missing items.
- They were charged over $500.
- They say FabFitFun does not mail products and loses boxes.
I have been a customer with Fabfitfun for over 3 1/2 years the last year every single subscription box I received is missing items. They have taken well over $500 from me.
They are a scam. They do not mail their products out themselves and have no control over
What customers are receiving all they do is take your money and lose your box in the mail

Reactivated
- Promises were not delivered after reactivating for an additional free box.
- The products looked attractive and refreshed but that was not the case.
This is my second time signing up and anything promised is never delivered the whole reason I signed up and reactivated was to get an additional free box that I could share with family members, and the products looked attractive and refreshed, but that was not the case

Cancel but need their help
She said she updated my email and she didn't. I spent 30 mins on the phone and she didn't do what I asked. So frustrating as I now need to call again.

False credit card charges I want refunded as well as my credits that never came and were promised
- Charged $79 for an annual subscription and received nothing.
- Not seen any credit or refund; customer service is poor and a refund is requested.
I was charged and I received nothing but my box that I paid for an annual

Promptly removed it from the shopping cart. Thank goodness it had not been sent out yet. Service was very good and personnel was very nice.

I keep receiving another customization box request even though I filled out the first request. I think I was double charged for two boxes.
Preferred solution: Of If I have 2 accounts, I want to close 1 and get a refund.
