Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never received any kind of compensation. I was just concerned because I felt that it was harder to do the selection then it was before so that’s what it was.
I just have a question about customizing my box I've customized it and selected the things but somehow it's not the same and it doesn't seem to just fit in so I know that's what I'm getting so that's the question I have

Box says delivered but on track delivery driver took box back with him.
My ring camera shows delivery driver placing box down taking a picture and then picking up the box and walking away with it. Then I got a message saying box was delivered.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
Missing items that was to be replaced a long time ago and still hasn’t !!!
Waiting for my 200$ box to be expedited to me and a refund for the one box I paid for and never received
User's recommendation: Get an email sent to you of what you were promised the first time you called about your problem so you don’t end up like me with 3 different people telling you 3 different things!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I already answered this.
I got everything as promised before Xmas which was my biggest worry since some products I ordered from the shop were xmas presents. The resolution was exactly what I was hoping for!
Get gI'm just tired of no tracking info like promised by Angela. Not only did I not receive box I also ordered additional products which were in that box too.
This is really taking up my time which I don't have. So, Angela where is my tracking info so this doesn't happen to this next box I was promised. I have stocking staffers in there.
This is not my first rodeo with these people. It's tiring

Fab fit fun obtain money by misrepresentation of items to be supplied in box. Not clear short window for customisation and instead send random selection of undesirable items. Cancelled subscription immediately but still proceeded with order to UK which will be returned unopened when received necessitating further additional expense from customer

Verified BuyerBox was not sealed all the way. Items were missing and items were broken when opened
When I got home and opened my box I noticed the side of the box was damaged. After going through the box I noticed two items were missing and one item was broken.
Called customer service to just let them be aware of the problem and to my surprise they are replacing the items missing and sending an extra item that was broken. I wasnt expecting that but greatly appreciate it!

I did not order refills,,, for the spring box..please cancel all refills ,, this happened last season

Disappointed in the spring box
I went to customize not spring box. Very disappointed in the selections.
The prices are getting higher and the products are getting cheape I have been with fat fit fun for a long time and also had many friends join. I just called and asked if I could make any other selections and I could not..
So he told me to skip it. Still considering cancelling.
