FabFitFun is a scam

I have been a customer with Fabfitfun for over 3 1/2 years the last year every single subscription box I received is missing items. They have taken well over $500 from me.

They are a scam. They do not mail their products out themselves and have no control over

What customers are receiving all they do is take your money and lose your box in the mail

Cancel but need their help

Account was charged for a yearly subscription when the account was supposed to be canceled. A refund was issued, and the account was suspended.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Plz check yearly and monthly subscription before the due dates to confirm the amount or to cancel.

False credit card charges I want refunded as well as my credits that never came and were promised

I feel I was charged for two boxes

I keep receiving another customization box request even though I filled out the first request. I think I was double charged for two boxes.

Preferred solution: Of If I have 2 accounts, I want to close 1 and get a refund.
